Please DO NOT create a ticket asking about your bonus status unless it has been more than 5 days since we will not be able to speed up receiving your bonus. Most of the time the delays are because of Titan or Winner and it is out of our control. You will receive email notifications on the progress of your bonus.
If you ask about the status of your bonus before 5 days have elapsed, you will get this exact message.
